Water Injection Safety Valve Type MC 5-1/2 inch
MC (flapper-type) injection valves are used in injection wells to automatically shut-in the tubing string when injection stops or flow reverses. MC injection valves are spring-loaded, wireline-retrievable valves with large bores. The MC injection valves also feature sealing areas that are out of the direct flow path. These valves are designed to be held open by injection pressure for fluid passage. If injection flow becomes static or reverses for any reason, the spring and/or reverse flow causes the valves to close. These valves are designed to remain closed until pressure differential across the valves is equalized and injection is resumed. Ultra-Sonic Inspection Tool (USIT) runs
Advancing Well Integrity with InWaTec Combined’s Ultra-Sonic Inspection Tool Services In the pursuit of operational excellence within the oil and gas industry, maintaining the integrity of well infrastructure is paramount. InWaTec Combined is proud to present our Ultra-Sonic Inspection Tool (USIT) Services, a cutting-edge solution for comprehensive cement evaluation, casing inspection, and integrity assessment. The USIT is a marvel of diagnostic precision, utilizing a single transducer mounted on an Ultrasonic Rotating Sub (USRS) at the tool's base. This sophisticated apparatus emits ultrasonic pulses ranging from 200 to 700 kHz, meticulously recording the waveforms reflected from both internal and external casing interfaces. The decay rate of these waveforms is a direct indicator of the cement bond's quality, while the resonant frequency readings of the casing yield accurate wall thickness measurements—critical data for assessing pipe integrity. Thanks to the transducer's placement on the rotating sub, our USIT Services ensure a full 360° scan of the casing circumference, leaving no aspect of the wellbore unexamined. This comprehensive coverage is pivotal for evaluating cement bond quality and determining the condition of the casing with unmatched precision. Our tool’s high angular and vertical resolutions can detect even the narrowest channels, down to 1.2 inches in width, providing a detailed assessment of well integrity. Our real-time data acquisition and analysis at the wellsite generate self-explanatory maps and valuable metrics, including cement bond logs, casing thickness, internal and external radii. These insights are indispensable for: Cement evaluation to ensure zonal isolation and well integrity. Casing inspection to ascertain ongoing wellbore stability. Corrosion detection and monitoring to prevent potential well failures. Identification of internal and external damage or deformation, safeguarding against unexpected operational hazards. Casing thickness analysis, crucial for calculating collapse and burst pressure parameters and prolonging the life of the well. InWaTec Combined's USIT Services are not just diagnostic tools—they are a testament to our commitment to safeguarding our clients' assets and optimizing well performance. By embracing our Ultra-Sonic Inspection Tool Services, operators gain the assurance that their wells remain robust, compliant, and productive throughout their lifecycle. In an industry where well integrity is synonymous with operational success, InWaTec Combined stands as your sentinel of safety and efficiency. Deploy our USIT Services, and harness the power of precision ultrasonic technology to illuminate the unseen, ensuring your operations are secure from the inside out. View Details

6 5/8" Mech-2 Double Grip Mechanical Set Packer
Ballycatter Mech-2 Double Grip Mechanical Packer
Available sizes: 5”, 5 1/2”, 6 5/8”, 7”, 9 5/8”, and 10 3/4”
The Ballycatter Mech-2 is a retrievable, compression-set double-grip mechanical packer designed for applications where pressure differentials from below are anticipated, such as combined stimulation and production operations. Featuring opposing slips above and below the packing element, the Mech-2 ensures secure bi-directional anchoring within the casing under varying well conditions.
The tool incorporates a built-in hydraulic hold-down system located beneath the face-seal bypass valve, enabling it to resist upward forces during stimulation treatments. A unique “Differential Lock” mechanism utilizes pressure from below the packer to actuate a balance sleeve, generating additional downward force that maintains bypass valve integrity and ensures a reliable seal.
The Mech-2 is mechanically set using a long-stroke mandrel and a J-slot mechanism. Once positioned, right-hand rotation and applied set-down weight close the bypass valve, engage both slip sets, and compress the sealing elements. The formation below the packer is then fully isolated and accessible only through the tubing. To retrieve, the tubing is raised the full packer length, automatically re-engaging the J-slot and reopening the bypass for pressure equalization and circulation.
With its dual-grip design, hydraulic hold-down, and controlled setting and release process, the Mech-2 offers a robust and dependable solution for demanding applications requiring secure annular isolation and enhanced downhole stability.

The Alligator Grab is a wireline fishing tool used to catch and retrieve loose or broken objects from inside an oil or gas wellbore. It has spring-loaded, serrated jaws that can be adjusted before use to set the right amount of grip for the object being retrieved. When downward force is applied, a pin shears, allowing the jaws to close and hold the object securely.
This tool is needed when small or hard-to-reach objects, often called “fish,” are stuck or floating in the wellbore. Unlike other retrieval tools, the Alligator Grab provides a controlled grip that can be adjusted to the size and type of object, reducing the risk of pushing it further down or damaging the well. It is not meant for heavy jarring once it has gripped an object, so it is used for careful and precise recovery.
The Alligator Grab comes in various sizes, with a maximum outside diameter of 1.25 to 3.50 inches, a fishing neck O.D. of 1.187 to 2.313 inches, and top connections ranging from 15/16-10 UN to 1-9/16-10 UN. It includes fishing necks and pin threads compatible with standard wireline equipment.
What makes this type of Alligator Grab unique is its ability to retrieve objects in tight or restricted wellbore spaces. Its adjustable jaws and compact size allow it to securely grip objects that other tools might not reach, making it especially valuable for precise and reliable recovery operations.
